Work - Family balance:
- 1980 - possibly first Canadian telecommuter, with Micom Wordprocessor & 1200 Baud modem
- Resident in Kingston, team in Montreal (then Toronto as well)
- 1986 - Portable (luggable) Compaq 286 for whole expert system group, so members could work from home, as well on the road
- reduced work - family conflict and increased productivity
